We want you to love your new Kipling bag, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for all unused items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return reason and download your prepaid shipping label, which will also be sent to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Bag

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
